Transparency register

Registering on EasyGov will make it easier for you to prepare for reporting to the transparency register.

The complete list of companies that are required to report their beneficial owners can be found in the Transparency of Legal Entities Act (TJPG) (Art. 2 and Art. 3 / de, fr, it). Please note that foundations, associations, listed companies, sole proprietorships and certain other legal entities are not required to register in the transparency register.

There will be two ways to submit your report to the transparency register:

  • using the EasyGov.swiss platform
  • via the commercial register (under development; use will be subject to conditions)

What you need to know

  • Registering on EasyGov is the first step towards submitting your report to the transparency register and can be done immediately.
  • For security reasons, approval for access to the platform takes several days. Companies or service providers (agents) are advised to register early in order to simplify the procedure when the transparency register becomes operational.
